My name is Lilia, I am the founder and head of the accounting center Afina Consulting.I came into accounting in 2004, while still a student at NTUU “KPI”.The first thing that surprised me in the “traditional” accounting at that time was the great isolation of accounting from business, since the main task of the accountant was to submit reports to government agencies. The information accumulated in the information system, due to its limitations, could not be used for managerial decisions.In 2006, I had my first client, with whom I was “a remote accountant.” Further development was due to an increase in the number of customers who needed a single part-time accountant.Until 2012, a clear understanding was formed that this form of cooperation was unpromising for both me and clients, as it limited the development opportunities and did not allow us to provide customers with guaranteed quality services. For example, a 2-fold increase in the number of client operations (a worthy goal of any business) can become an insoluble task for a freelance accountant.Then the first employee appeared and a long journey of building activity and team selection began.
